Sestak violating campaign law, Pa. Republicans say

Pa. Republicans, in a complaint to the Federal Election Commission, said that former U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak, who has raised $460,000 in his federal account, must file a statement of candidacy and personal financial disclosure.
