Another 'Always Sunny' bar is coming

I'm hearing West of Broad as the location.

On the Fx hit comedy It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Mac owns a bar in Philly.

To ensure that life imitated art, Rob (Philly-raised Rob McElhenney) and his real-life wife, Kaitlin Olson (Dee on the show), bought into Mac's Tavern, which opened in 2010.

The bar, run by fellow St. Joe's Prep alumni, is doing great business at 226 Market St.

Which is prompting rumors that the gang is buying a second bar, and I'm hearing West of Broad as a desired location. No comment yet.

On a whimsical note, if you pop your head into Mac's kitchen, you will see newly installed lighting (shown at left).

This is taking the Always Sunny theme to a new height for cooks who never see the sun.
