Catch Anthony Bourdain's Jersey Shore date

For the May 31 episode of his CNN show Parts Unknown, the globetrotting chef picks up his brother, Chris, and heads to the shore.

For all Anthony Bourdain's New York-iness, he's really a kid from Leonia, Bergen County.

For the May 31 episode of his CNN show Parts Unknown (9 p.m.), the globetrotting chef picks up his brother, Chris, to hit Hiram's in Fort Lee for fried hot dogs.

Then, they go to the shore: Asbury Park (which he tours with Southside Johnny), Barnegat Light, and Atlantic City (where his stops include the Knife & Fork, Dock's Oyster House, Tony's Baltimore Grill and Kubel's Bar for fried clam strips).

It's possible that other locations made the cut, as the crew shot seemingly everywhere in January.

CNN does not have a screener of the episode, which is part of the series' fifth season.
