Circles Thai opening in Collingswood
The new spot, a 40-seat BYOB plus patio, replaces Table 8 Bistro, on the ground floor of the Lumberyard Condominiums, also known as the Collings at the Lumberyard.
Nearly eight years after opening Circles Thai in South Philadelphia, Alex Boonphaya is planning to open his fourth location in late December at 8 Powell Lane in Collingswood.
The new spot, a 40-seat BYOB plus patio, replaces Table 8 Bistro (and previously was Kitchen Consigliere before it moved nearby), on the ground floor of the Lumberyard Condominiums, also known as the Collings at the Lumberyard.
Shortly after opening. the Bangkok-born Boonphaya plans to start his "Thai Tap Out" (which serves progressively hotter dishes until patrons "tap out") and "Social Circles" (where patrons can eat for free, with the understanding that they post to social media).
It will be open daily for lunch and dinner and will offer delivery, as the other locations do.
