Farewell to "Wee Willie" Webber

The broadcaster will be remembered Friday.

Broadcast legend Bill "Wee Willie" Webber, who died May 23, will be remembered Friday (on what would have been his 81st birthday) in a way he would have loved:

At a dance aboard the Battleship New Jersey to the sounds of City Rhythm Orchestra.

Webber, who hosted a late-morning show on WHAT (AM 1340), which is sponsoring the "Swing and Sway Aboard the Big J. It starts at 7 p.m. and it's $30 a head, which will benefit the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia and the Battleship New Jersey.
