Movie Tavern preparing to put Flourtown in lights

Its next location will be on Bethlehem Pike in sleepy Flourtown, just outside of Chestnut Hill.
Springfield (Montco) officials approved the transfer of a liquor license last month, as Montgomery Media reported.
The Giant supermarket on Bethlehem Pike will move into a new, much larger building in the back of Flourtown Shopping Center in mid-December. Years ago, it was a Kmart.
At that point, "roll 'em" will mean less about kaisers and more about cameras.
The Dallas-based Movie Tavern will begin fitting out the old market into a theater with an unspecified number of screens and a restaurant.
Patrons can order food and drinks that will delivered to their seats.
Movie Tavern reps have not responded to requests for a timeline.
