Osteria getting company at Moorestown Mall
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Corner Bakery sign on.
Last summer, PREIT, which owns Moorestown Mall, secured four liquor licenses for the previously dry township.
The big news then was that Marc Vetri had agreed to open a branch of Osteria, his Italian destination, at the mall.
PREIT just announced more: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Corner Bakery (next to the existing Pei Wei) will join the food scene, alongside retailers The Walking Company, Cotton On, and Body Central.
Firebirds is an American-style grill with outside fire pit - on the lines of Redstone. There are other nearby locations in Wilmington, Chadds Ford, and Collegeville.
Openings are pegged for summer 2013, alongside a new Regal theater.
