Poi Dog Philly food truck to open location in Rittenhouse

Hawaiian-inspired snacks, at 21st and Chestnut.

Poi Dog Philly's Chris Vacca and Kiki Aranita are coming in from the cold - joining the parade of food truckers' opening brick-and-mortar stores.

The two, who'd been operating on wheels for four years, announced on Facebook that Poi Dog Philly would set up on South 21st Street in early 2017. From the look of the photo, they have leased the former storefront occuped by chicken specialist Rotisseur (102 S. 21st St.), which closed last summer.
