Start talking to patrons and restaurant staff, and you'll be dished up an earful.
I put out the call on Facebook recently: What annoys you about your dining experiences? And the replies were swift. ("I hate that waitstaff and bar staff always refer to everyone as guys — including women…")
Many of my Facebook friends are in the restaurant business. So I asked them, what annoys you about customers? The floodgates opened. ("It seems like everyone is an expert on how to run a restaurant.")
Can't we all just get along?
