Philly Cheese Experiment cook-off, featuring more than 20 area amateur chefs who will prepare cheese dishes for a chance to win cash and prizes. A portion of proceeds will go to the Food Trust of Philadelphia. $10 advance; $15 at door; includes samples or prepared cheese dishes and a beer from Brooklyn Brewery.
