About 50 people braved freezing temperatures Saturday for the "Philly Phreeze," the city's fundraiser to pay for lifeguard bonuses this year. Participants jumped into the John Kelly Pool in Philadelphia. The city hopes that offering bonuses will help ease the lifeguard staffing crisis at its pools.
