Three elderly people were found dead in a Mount Holly home
Authorities said there was no danger to the public in connection with the discovery Friday afternoon.

Three elderly persons were found dead Friday afternoon inside a Mount Holly Township home, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.
Mount Holly police were called to the unit block of Winding Way near the township’s border with Eastampton by a postal worker who discovered a note on the door of the home suggesting that 911 should be called, Bradshaw and Mount Holly Police Chief Clifford Spencer said in a joint news release.
Bradshaw and Spencer said there was no danger to the public in connection with the deaths of the three individuals, who were not identified further.
Autopsies will be performed by the Burlington County Medical Examiner’s Office over the weekend, Bradshaw and Spencer said.
The investigation was ongoing, they said.
