Following the Eagles’ 24-20 home loss to the Los Angeles Rams, multiple videos showing Rams assistant coaches taunting Eagles fans went viral on social media.

The videos, posted by @RBPhillyTake on X, show Rams coaches banging on the glass barrier of the coaching box and making obscene gestures directed at fans below. One video appears to show fans throwing a cup and a water bottle at the box. Rams coach Sean McVay acknowledged his staff’s behavior on Monday, promising “we’ll be better.”

“We’ll learn from that,” McVay said. “We’ll be better. Those fans are really into it, but I know that we want to make sure that we’re representing the class and just the calm steadiness that we want to have while also being emotionally into it.”

The viral moment came following Rams running back Kyren Williams’ go-ahead touchdown with 1 minute, 10 seconds left in the fourth quarter. The Rams battled back from a 10-point halftime deficit and scored 14 unanswered points in the fourth. The Eagles were held scoreless after the break and went 0-for-12 on third down on Sunday.

McVay also acknowledged that his staff had an internal conversation about Sunday’s incident, noting that “we did talk about it, and that won’t be an issue moving forward.”

The Eagles (2-2) will travel to London to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1) on Sunday (9:30 a.m., NFL Network).

How culpable are head coach Nick Sirianni and quarterback Jalen Hurts in the offensive rut the Eagles find themselves in? The Inquirer's Jeff McLane and David Murphy analyze the fallout from the 24-20 loss to L.A. Listen here.
