Santucci’s Original Square Pizza

South PhiladelphiaPizza, Italian$

Known for its square pizza, prepared with the sauce atop the cheese, this local chain has a rich history dating back to Joseph Santucci’s first restaurant opened in Juniata Park in 1959. These days his children and grandchildren carry on the tradition, serving up pies, salads, pastas and flatbreads in locations across South Philadelphia, South Jersey, down the shore and beyond.
