Brothers Vivek and Vikram Nayar opened their hard-seltzer tasting room in December 2022. Now it's a restaurant, a bar, a retail space, and a purveyor of free vibes, apparent the minute you see the moss green exterior. The menu includes dishes like stracciatella tacos and scallop crudo, but this is a drinks place first and foremost, with cold beer, fruited seltzers, nitro hard coffees, and a variety of cocktails featuring fresh squeezed juice.
