New Perspectives: A Virtual Series on Hoarding, hosted by JFCS

Webinar series featuring experts on hoarding, positive psychology, and decluttering.

Hoarding support groups at JFCS (all virtual on Zoom)

These include the 16-week Buried in Treasures series ($125; sliding scale available), along with a group on mindfulness and hoarding ($40 for six sessions), an art therapy series ($80 for eight sessions), a support group for family members of those who hoard ($40 for eight sessions), and a monthly drop-in group (free, for those who have completed a prior group).

Clutters Anonymous

A support group that uses the 12-step model of recovery. Phone, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings in the Philadelphia area.

Philadelphia Hoarding Task Force

Provides information, education, resources, and referral to mental health treatment, legal services, animal/pest control, decluttering, and organizing professionals.

Website includes fact sheets and resources for hoarding disorder, which is considered a clinical “cousin” of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
