Man killed in North Philly shooting

The shooting happened on the 2900 block of North Taney Street.

An unidentified man was fatally wounded in a shooting late Wednesday afternoon in North Philadelphia, police said.

Shortly before 5:30 p.m., the man was outside on the 2900 block of North Taney Street when he was shot in the neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

Police reported no arrests and no other details.
