Police are investigating the death of a 62-year-old woman who was stabbed multiple times Saturday in West Oak Lane.
Police said an arrest was made and a weapon was recovered at a house on the 7200 block of Briar Road just after noon Saturday.
Police, who initially responded to a report of a person screaming, said the victim suffered stab wounds throughout her body and was pronounced dead at the scene. Neither the victim nor the suspect was identified.
