J.T. Realmuto fell a triple short of the cycle on Thursday, but still helped the Phillies to a 10-2 victory over the Giants. It was their first series victory over a team with a winning record at the time of the series since June 3-5 at San Diego.

But Realmuto’s stellar day wasn’t enough to mask big concerns with starter Jake Arrieta, who struggled to notch 12 outs and had to be lifted early once again -- this time in the fifth inning -- as he battles a bone spur in his elbow.
