Gannett's PointRoll leaves Conshy for KofP (corrected)
PointRoll, USA Today/Wilmington News Journal publisher Gannett Inc.'s online ad subsidiary, is leasing 21,000 square feet at 1500 Liberty Ridge Drive, in Wayne near US 202, landlord Liberty Property Trust says. Binswanger and Stockton Real Estate Advisors helped PointRoll find the space.
PointRoll, USA Today/Wilmington News Journal publisher Gannett Inc.'s online ad subsidiary, is leasing 29,000 square feet at 3200 Horizons Drive in King of Prussia. CB Richard Ellis helped PointRoll find the space. (Corrected).
The new site is larger than PointRoll's current Conshohocken headquarters. The company was bought by Gannett, which publishes USA Today, the Wilmington News Journal, and other newspapers and sites, from founder Christopher Saridakis and his backers in two transactions (2005, 2008) for a reported $105 million.
Saridakis left his job as Gannett's Chief Digital officer last Spring and joined Michael Rubin's GCI Commerce in King of Prussia, where he's now head of global marketing. Gannett officials weren't immediately available for comment on why PointRoll is moving or who's running things with Saridakis gone.
