Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold a public rally on Thursday in Delaware County.

The 7 p.m. event is scheduled to take place at Sun Center Studios, located at 63 Concord Road in Chester Township.

The rally comes just more than a week after Trump's last campaign stop in Delaware County. He spoke Sept. 13 at the Aston Community Center, where he unveiled proposals for child care subsidies and paid maternity leave.

Pennsylvania has emerged as a key battleground state as the November election approaches, and is viewed as a must-win for Trump in his bid for the White House.

Trump's appearance in the Philadelphia region follows Hillary Clinton's Monday campaign stop in the city. The Democrat campaigned at Temple University, telling students that she was the best candidate to address the concerns of young voters.
