LeBron James’ helicopter flights between NYC and Philly, mapped

The 76ers superstar is splitting his time between Philadelphia and New York City, and using a helicopter to commute.

LeBron James’ decision to sign with the 76ers is unusual on many levels, but one unusual arrangement is the NBA superstar’s decision to split his time between Philadelphia and New York City.

James has been taking a helicopter — reportedly provided by Fanatics as part of a 2024 trading card deal — to commute from Manhattan to a Sixers preseason game in Philadelphia and practice at the team’s training facility in Camden.

Here are the helicopter flights LeBron took between Saturday and Wednesday, according to an Inquirer analysts of flight data:
