Spend an evening wine-tasting, from 5 to 8 p.m. today, at Deerfield Fine Wines, at the Shoppes at Louviers, 205 Louviers Dr. in Newark, Del. Sample 35 varieties of wines, whose prices range from $8 to $80, while enjoying hors d'oeuvres, music, a silent auction, and a raffle. A donation of $10 is suggested.
