Missing 83-year-old man returns

An 83-year-old man with dementia who was reported missing Wednesday morning in the Tacony section of Northeast Philadelphia has returned home safely, police said today.

Police had asked the public's help in locating David Fleming.

Police are not saying how or when he returned home.

He had been last seen about 11 a.m. on the 6300 block of Gillespie Street.
