President Trump's schedule Tuesday includes a stop at the Pennsylvania Convention Center to talk small business jobs.

Trump is speaking to the National Electrical Contractors Association during its annual conference, which started Friday and concludes Tuesday.

Planning on getting around Center City this afternoon? Be prepared for heavy congestion — street closures are expected as the president makes his way into town, and rallies from Refuse Fascism Philly and Philly Socialists are drawing crowds protesting Trump's appearance. SEPTA said riders should expect some detours and delays.

At the conference, "the president will highlight the Trump administration's commitment to workforce development and small business growth during his remarks," a White House official told the Inquirer and Daily News last week.

Trump held a rally Monday night in Johnson City, Tenn., and will head to a rally in Southaven, Miss., later Tuesday, after his appearance in Philadelphia.

The president was also in Pennsylvania in August, when he stumped for U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, the Republican candidate hoping to unseat Sen. Bob Casey in November's midterm election.
