Four Philadelphia Wings players were selected to play in the NLL All-Star game, which happens at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in Buffalo.
Dan Dawson, Kevin Crowley, Max Seibald and Brodie Merrill will represent the Philadelphia Wings on the NLL Eastern Conference All-Star team. Earlier this week, it was announced that Merrill will have a starting position. Crowley, who the Wings selected first in the draft, was one of four rookies selected.
"To play with some of the guys that I looked up to when I was growing up is humbling," said Wings rookie Kevin Crowley.
Merrill said he's looking forward to sharing the experience with his fellow Wings All-Stars, while Seibald said he's excited to have the chance to be on the same stage as some of the best indoor lacrosse players in the world.
"There's so much talent in the NLL and to be on the same stage as those player is pretty special," Wings player Dan Dawson added. "I feel fortunate to be part of it."
