Isaias brings flooding, tornadoes to Philadelphia, New Jersey region

Isaias is impacting the Philadelphia area Tuesday, bringing heavy rain and strong winds. Tornado and flash-flood watches have been posted for the entire region, while tornadoes have touched down at the shore and in Delaware. Widespread Power outages have also been reported.
