Philly Celebrates Jazz is an annual celebration each April that features a calendar of more than 100 jazz-inspired events across the city. The Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy (OACCE) hosted a kick off event in LOVE Park. The first 500 attendees received free white jazz gloves.
