Meet El Merkury's Sofia Deleon, the woman bringing churro sundaes to Philly | Let's Eat, Philly!

Sofia Deleon, owner of El Merkury, is offering a selection of churro sundaes inspired by Philadelphia neighborhoods. It's a modern take on a traditional treat. Deleon noticed that good churros were hard to come by in Philly, so she decided to fill the void. "I wanted to make the best churro," Delon said. "My goal here is to have Central American food with a spin."
