Temple and Under Armour mutually decided to part ways in 2020, five years after signing a 10-year extension. At the time, The Inquirer reported that the agreement was worth $30 million, citing two sources.

“We are excited to announce that we have renewed our contract with Nike, the leading apparel company of athletics,” said Arthur Johnson, Temple’s vice president and director of athletics. “Nike is the leader in the industry, and we want to provide our student-athletes with the best possible experience and athletic swag during their time at Temple.”
