Temple guard Savannah Curry entering transfer portal
Curry is the third Temple rotation player to enter the portal after forward Jaleesa Molina and guard Drew Alexander. She will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Savannah Curry is entering the transfer portal, the Temple guard announced Monday on social media. The former Westtown School player spent two seasons with the Owls and will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot guard played a limited role off the bench as a freshman in 2024-25 but stepped into a starting role this past season. She averaged 7.4 points on 34.3% shooting from the field as a sophomore. Curry started the first 12 games before she suffered a facial injury in practice and missed the opening four games of American Conference play.
Curry returned on Jan. 17 against East Carolina and came off the bench for three games before slowly finding her groove. She scored in double figures in three straight games, including a career-high 21 points on 7-for-12 shooting from the field against Charlotte on Feb. 17.
