The Eagles promoted Adam Berry to the role of assistant general manager, one of more than a dozen title changes or new hires the team announced Wednesday afternoon.

Berry replaces Alec Halaby, who left the team in April after the draft.

Berry, the twin brother of Cleveland GM Andrew Berry, was previously the vice president of football operations and strategy.

The Eagles plucked Berry from a 14-year career at Goldman Sachs in 2023. His original title was director of football operations and strategy.

According to his bio on the team website, Berry’s responsibilities in his previous role included “pro and college player evaluation, salary cap and resource allocation strategy, contract negotiation and structuring, integrating analytics into roster management, and player development.”

Berry, a Maryland native, was a senior captain on the Princeton football team.

The Eagles have seen multiple staff changes this offseason. In addition to Halaby’s departure, senior vice president Bryce Johnston — a salary-cap guru — left to join the Atlanta Falcons.

The Eagles, according to a source, recently extended the contracts of assistant general manager Jon Ferrari and chief security officer and senior advisor to the GM Dom DiSandro.

Among the new hires is Mike Maccagnan who was the general manager of the New York Jets from 2015 to 2019.
