The Eagles entered Sunday’s game vs. the Los Angeles Rams missing multiple starters, and it only took four offensive plays for them to lose another.

Saquon Barkley was shaken up after a six-yard run just over three minutes into the game. He appeared to be favoring his right hamstring after going to the ground on the Rams sideline. Barkley visited the blue medical tent for several minutes before walking indoors. The Eagles initially said Barkley was questionable to return with a hamstring injury. He was later downgraded to out for the game with four minutes until halftime and the Eagles leading, 13-3.

The Eagles, who took a 3-0 lead in the first quarter shortly after Barkley’s injury, have Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley at running back behind Barkley. They are also without key offensive starters DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Lane Johnson (personal) for Sunday’s game.

Barkley left the team’s Week 2 game with a stinger, an injury for which he has been wearing extra padding around his neck area for the last two games.
