Royal Tavern

South PhiladelphiaAmerican, Bar$-$$

A cherished South Philly spot since its inception in 2002, Royal Tavern offers a warm environment serving classic comfort food meant for everyone. Famous for its versatile bar program and the Royal Burger—a single or double patty topped with smoked gouda, caramelized onions, bacon, chili mayo and pickled long hots all on a potato roll—chef Nic Macri has expanded their "from scratch" menu to appeal to wide variety of diners that'll keep you coming back for more.
