Political Cartoon: Death penalty in black and white

As of early August of this year, there have been 1,022 people shot and killed by police in the U.S. The Washington Post’s database shows that the rate at which Black Americans are killed by police is more than twice as high as the rate for white Americans. All Americans should should be echoing LeBron James and saying, “Sick of it.”
