Uber, the app-based private car service, has cut promotional deals with a number of restaurants. The one that Tashan (777 S. Broad St.) is doing during Center City District Restaurant Week really pays. First-time Uber users will get $20 credit, and Tashan will reimburse each dinner bill by $12. That's a $32 discount.
