Ring of Honor to air on COMET beginning Dec. 2

With its 26-week partnership with Destination America winding down, Ring of Honor fans probably wondered where they would be able to watch the promotion's weekly television program on a national basis.

Ring of Honor finally answered that question via a press release Monday, as it announced that it will air its program on the COMET television channel beginning at midnight on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

COMET is a new channel specializing in science fiction entertainment. It is a member of the Sinclair Broadcast Group, which also owns Ring of Honor.

"Ring of Honor has been enjoying tremendous growth and expansion across the broadcast space, including new local TV deals in strategic markets, and even internationally with L'Equipe 21 in France," said Ring of Honor chief operating officers Joe Koff in a press release. "As we continue to push for greater domestic and international distribution, Ring of Honor truly showcases itself as world-class wrestling. Having Ring of Honor on COMET, in addition to the availability in Sinclair markets and independent agreements, means fans across the United States can continue to enjoy ROH television weekly."

Ring of Honor also announced in the press release that the final episode of its television program on Destination America will air Nov. 25.

As for its syndicated shows, Ring of Honor said on Twitter that those will remain in tact, including the one it recently gained in Philadelphia on WMCN TV.
