Andre Drummond fined for making an ‘objectional gesture’ during Sixers-Kings game

Drummond mimicked shooting a gun toward the crowd after making a corner three-pointer at Sacramento on Thursday night. He was fined $25,000, the NBA announced.

Andre Drummond was fined $25,000 for making an “objectionable gesture on the playing court” during the 76ers’ win at the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night, the NBA announced Saturday.

Drummond mimicked shooting a gun toward the crowd after making a corner three-pointer with about eight seconds remaining in the third quarter.

Drummond, a reserve center and 14-year veteran, is averaging 6.7 points and 8.7 rebounds in 52 games. The Sixers next play Saturday night at the Utah Jazz.
