A developer's request to convert a now-vacant Mount Laurel bank into a Dunkin' goes to the zoning board in November
The 4523 Church Rd. site near the Evesham border has long been home to a now-vacant Wells Fargo bank.

A Pittsgrove-based developer next Wednesday will ask the Mount Laurel zoning board for a use variance for a Dunkin’ restaurant in a residential zone where businesses are not permitted.
However, the 4523 Church Rd. site near the Evesham border has long been home to a now-vacant Wells Fargo bank.
Siya Kinjal LLC would convert the bank and its drive-through lanes to a 2,999-square-foot coffee and doughnut restaurant. The developer also seeks preliminary and final major site plan approval and bulk variances.
The application was scheduled for the October meeting, but was adjourned to November. The meeting begins at 6 p.m, at township offices at 750 Centerton Rd.
Four existing driveways, two on Church Road and two on South Church Street, are part of the Dunkin’ plans. The bank neighbors single-family homes on Camelot Court across Church Road.
The Dunkin’ is projected to add 130 in- and 120 out-vehicle trips in the morning peak hour and 109 in- and 114 out-vehicle trips in the Saturday peak hour, according to a developer’s traffic study by McDonough & Rea Associates Inc. of Manasquan.
The current owner of the property is 4523 Church Road Associates LLC of Saw Mile Drive in Mount Laurel, according to the zoning application.
Gulu Puri of Marlton and Ashwin Chaudhary of Pittsgrove filed with the board as owners of Siya Kinjal LLC.
