Man shot with arrow in South Jersey
The 65-year-old victim was shot early Sunday in Woodbury. Police said "this incident possibly involved a targeted attack," but there was no known threat to the public.

A 65-year-old man was shot with an arrow in a wooded area early Sunday in South Jersey, police said.
Just after 6 a.m. Sunday, the Woodbury City Police Department responded to a report of a man who was struck by an arrow near the 400 block of Cooper Street.
Police located a man with non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to a hospital for treatment, police said.
“Initial findings indicate that this incident possibly involved a targeted attack against the victim and that at this time, there is no known threat to the public,” the police department said.
“At this time, specific details regarding the circumstances of the incident are not being released in order to preserve the integrity of the active investigation,” the department said.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of the Atlas Post Acute medical care facility, which is located on the grounds of the former Woodbury Country Club.
A representative for the facility was not available Tuesday evening for comment.
