Formerly Mama's Vegetarian, Mama’s flavors don’t seem to have lost anything over time or change of ownership. Now owned by Israeli-born Yariv Noyman, Mama's falafel still has a pleasing crunch and inner creaminess that pairs well with the chopped salad and hummus. The pitas come fully loaded.
