National signing day: Where Philadelphia-area high school football recruits are expected to go
Quarterbacks Will Howard (Kansas State) and Ricky Ortega (Villanova) are among local athletes set to sign National Letters of Intent with NCAA Division I programs.
Here’s a list of high school football players who are expected to sign National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, the first day of the early signing period for NCAA Division 1 college scholarships.
Among the headliners are Downingtown West quarterback Will Howard, who’s going to Kansas State, and Woodrow Wilson defensive lineman Fadil Diggs, who’s going to Texas A&M.
