‘The Price is Right’ is looking for energetic contestants in Philly
If you’ve ever dreamed of being on “The Price is Right,” now's your chance.

If you’ve ever dreamed of being on The Price is Right, come on down to Rivers Casino Philadelphia on July 22.
Fans of the long-running daytime game show can audition during an open casting call there from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 22, according to a press release from the Fishtown casino.
Potential contestants must be 18 and older and documented U.S. residents, and can begin lining up for the casting call at 10 a.m. It helps if you’re energetic and outgoing, too, Rivers Casino Philadelphia said in the press release.
Potential contestants will meet with producers and have approximately one minute to showcase their personality, enthusiasm, and excitement. Guests are encouraged to register in advance and can find additional information on CBS News/Philadelphia.
According to the press release, producers from The Price Is Right will select two semifinalists from the Philadelphia audition who will travel to Los Angeles, with accommodations. One of those semifinalists will have a guaranteed chance to be a contestant on the show.
This will be Rivers Philadelphia’s fourth casting call for national network television shows in the past 15 months.
Parking is free, and a free shuttle runs throughout the day from the property’s main entrance to Riversuites at the Battery, Rivers’ boutique hotel located across neighboring Penn Treaty Park.
“This is another fun and unique opportunity for fans to put themselves in the running for one of the most recognizable game shows on television,” said Scott Lokke, general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia.
The Price Is Right, hosted by Drew Carey, according to Rivers Casino Philadelphia, is network television’s no. 1-rated daytime series and the longest-running game show in television history.
