Harrowgate murder victim identified

Police identified a man slain early yesterday as Kevin Wayne Parker, 27, of Harrowgate.

Parker, who lived on Ontario Street near Jasper, was shot in the back a block away from his home about 2:30 a.m., police said. Parker died at Temple University Hospital at 3:15 a.m.
