Nick Foles was angry about Darren Sproles' injury, let officials know it

No one was happy to see Eagles running back Darren Sproles leave Sunday's game against the Giants with a knee injury, especially quarterback Nick Foles.

Foles was upset that one of the New York defenders bent Sproles back at the end of a play, which seemingly caused the injury.

He was so upset that he let one of the officials know about it in a rare showcase of anger and frustration that is a departure from his usual cool and calm demeanor.

It just so happened that Foles was wearing a microphone during the contest and his heated exchange with the official was picked up by NFL Films and aired on the NFL Turning Point television program.

Fortunately for Sproles, he suffered only a sprained MCL and should be back in the lineup not long after the bye week.
