Chickie's & Pete's to open at former Champps in Marlton
Opening is set for September or October.
Chickie's & Pete's has won the battle for the shuttered Champps site in Marlton Crossing shopping center.
This morning, owner Pete Ciarrocchi said he and Evesham Township Mayor Randy Brown would announce Wednesday that a branch of Chickie's & Pete's — which grew out of his family bar on Robbins Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia — would open in September or October.
Chickie's & Pete's, known both among the eating and legal communities for its trademark Crab Fries™, opened a location on Jan. 23 at Rowan University in Glassboro.
