Magrogan planning oyster house at the Jersey shore
Doc Magrogan's will be at the former landmark site of Busch's Seafood at 8600 Landis Ave. in the Townsends Inlet section of Sea Isle City.
For his fifth Doc Magrogan's Oyster House, Dave Magrogan is going to the Jersey shore, specifically to the former landmark site of Busch's Seafood at 8600 Landis Ave. in the Townsends Inlet section of Sea Isle City.
He is aiming at a February 2016 opening, coinciding with the Sea Isle City Polar Bear Plunge.
The restaurant, his 18th overall, will be located within the Dunes, the new condo complex. It will have a 60-seat outdoor deck.
The Dunes also will be home to the Breakwaters Ballroom, a banquet venue that Magrogan will operate.
