Philly - that bastion of red-gravy dining - is without a Buca di Beppo, now that the 258 S. 15th St. location buttoned up Sunday night after 10 years, (The news was first reported at Grubstreet.)

Regionally, the locations in Wynnewood, Exton, and Wyomissing remain.

At one time, the Minneapolis-rooted chain was the toast of the area, with outposts on Route 38 in Cherry Hill (across from the Olive Garden), on Germantown Pike in East Norriton, and in an odd building in downtown Jenkintown.

Update: The property's listing agent says my report that a New Jersey-based pub is negotiating to lease the space is false.
