The restaurants of Revel

By its opening in late May, the Revel Atlantic City will have 14 restaurants.

Twelve have been announced; two - believed to be a meatball shop and an Asian restaurant - have not.

This is the complement:

Chef Jose Garces

o Amada, an Andalusian tapas bar. Menu is here.

o Village Whiskey, serving spirits and cocktails alongside American dishes prepared with his signature flair. Opens April 16.

o Distrito Cantina, a festive margarita bar and modern Mexican street food from the Guapos take-out window

Chef Marc Forgione

o American Cut, Iron Chef Forgione's take on the modern American steakhouse.  Opens April 20.

Chef Robert Wiedmaier

o Mussel Bar, a gastro-pub with inspiration drawn from an old-world Belgian roadhouse

Chef Alain Allegretti

o Azure by Allegretti, an approachable and energetic seafood restaurant that captures the glamour of the Riviera, part Capri cuisine, part Saint Tropez soiree. Opens April 20.

o Lugo, exuding the charms of an Italian café while bringing a fresh take to Italian classics.

(LDV also operates American Cut and Azure by Allegretti)

Chef Michel Richard

o Central Michel Richard, a modern bistro featuring American cuisine with a French accent. Opens May 1

o O Bistro and Wine Bar, a 25-seat circular bar serving small plates as well as main and signature dishes.

o O Bistro Dining Room, offering a seated à la carte menu, as well as 'grab and go' options for quick-service diners. Opens May 1.

o One, a high-energy American Cuisine.
