Man critically wounded in Holmesburg shooting
A 20-year-old man was in critical condition Friday night after being shot twice in the city's Holmesburg section, police said.
A 20-year-old man was in critical condition Friday night after being shot twice in the city's Holmesburg section, police said.
The shooting occurred shortly after 8 p.m. at Ditman Street and Enfield Avenue, police said. The victim, who was shot in the stomach and left leg, ran to the 8200 block of Torresdale Avenue, where he collapsed. He was transported by a medic unit to Aria Health-Torresdale Campus.
Police were searching for a 37-year-old man. There was no immediate report of an arrest.
